    You can place an order by browsing our website, selecting your desired products, and proceeding to checkout.

    We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets.
  • 3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
    Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
  • 4. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
    Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be prepaid.
  • 5. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
    You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS with your order details once your payment is successfully processed.

    Yes, we offer gift packaging options. You can select gift packaging during checkout for an additional fee.

    Currently, we do not offer scheduled deliveries, but we are working on introducing this feature soon.

    Please contact our support team immediately. Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • 13. What happens if I'm not available to receive my delivery?
    If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery again. If the order is still undelivered, it will be returned to us, and refund policies will apply as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
